If this is your first visit with Elaine, she highly advises that you call so that she may help schedule your first appointment. This will ensure that your service scheduled is the best choice for you.

In order to schedule your appointments online, we ask that you please observe and agree to the following: 1. You are a current Elaine Jenniffer Hair Studio client 2. Please schedule only one appointment per service and time period 3. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 – 48 hours *The salon is closed for all major holidays.
**Some earlier and later appointments can be made available upon request. |
APPOINTMENT POLICY
- For first time clients, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment in order to ensure a full consultation.
- You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment.
- Same day cancelations are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the booked appointment
- If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, you are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the booked appointment
- I understand that I am booking all services online at the price(s) stated. I also understand that no promotions or discounts can be booked online.
- I understand that I am booking the services without a complimentary consultation, and will be responsible for the services that I book and the prices associated with each service. I am aware that Elaine Jenniffer provides scheduled consultations free of charge if I’m unsure which service(s) to book.
